I don't think we'll have a great, 'all-encompassing', huge 'official' opening party after all since Mossy is not around and Pips ~ I have no idea; she hasn't been in here in ages. But never mind, from what I 'hear' there will be several threads in several fora. :) Can we please lock and unsticky thi...

It doesn't look like we're going to have an organized party on the 18th. Mossy is out of town and I don't think Pips will wing it alone, besides, from what I 'hear' there will be several celebrations in a number of threads and fora. Could the Rangers please take down and lock the Global Annoucement ...

Right, so ... after yet another system crash :rage: and hours spent on trying to sort out the problem I've really had it. I mean... REALLY! Several people that supposedly know have smiled at me and said very 'ah- you know': just add a partition and put your stuff in there, then you'll have much less...

Thanks Leoba :) and  to you wonderful Mom :D With each passing day and with each glorious review of Mac's I'm edging closer and closer to taking the plunge. Impenitent: You know, after having spent some 20 years with Windows, it's kind of hard to believe that life indeed can be simple. ... but ...

Well - if we ever get that loaded with donations and ad revenues perhaps we can start by paying our Rangers and the Mayor. That would be one way to 'encourage' volunteering, aye? :D ...just kidding... or then, perhaps not ;) Things is, you know that most people here hate adds. It would be great if o...

It's always nice to stick my nose in here - I feel so humbled :D It's looking not too bad then :D things are moving. Great job you guys :D since Dave is unable to stay on would Idylle-Seethes be prepared to step into the breach? Though Dave is doing an excellent job as an advisor :D I hope you'll co...

.net really SHOULD be reserved for actualy telecom networks, ISPs, et al. .org seems like a better fit to me. Just how binding is that 'should'? ..I too prefer .net to .com or .org. Whether or not it really has any legal effect (which I have not been able to determine... well, we need to know. Does...

Can I please just poke in here to say: Please - if at all possible - take the tech stuff to the other thread . What's happening now in this thread is what I was trying to avoid - stuff being fragmented here and there and the more this happens the less easy it becomes to keep track of things. ~ Thank...

A wee sugestion Ax if you please: Do please ammend the thread-title sightly to read either VOTING, or even better VOTING NOW. It might make things just a tad easier for those, like me who've not had lots of time to keep up with this thread. Thing is since having seen the 'revote' in the thread-title...

The Sensitive Info forum contains the password for the Board77 host. I don't get this - sorry, but then I AM ignorant. What passward for host? Anyone having access to the Admin pannel could disable this board - and then no-one could get back on. Is this different? In the end it's a trust issue and ...

Looks good :) ... but I need to re-read it again, my head's a bit fuzzy this morning with 'other' excitements ;) One thing actually has happened now and that is, since we've received the phpbb backup, I've formally called for the tech committe to form. Above you mention that we already have a standi...
