I'm also glad you grabbed that second complete backup when you did, Voronwë. We'll lose very little.

Once we're up and running, I'll start making weekly backups.

I'll back up whatever there is the next time the board is up. It only takes a couple of minutes to start the process. I'm just really focused on work this week—I have to keep my clients happy. . . .

I assumed they knew Voronwë wasn't a current customer and so ignored his email. But of course, how would they know that for sure?

I;m poking around looking for the avatars and photos and will get those when I find them.

It's not over yet. I've downloaded the database of the board settings, and our custom design, but I can't make a copy of the board itself, all our posts, until I can get into the cPanel. With what we have, we could set up a board just like the one we have . . . but with no posts. I'm hoping that I'l...

Nerver mind, I found it and tried to start it. I can't tell whether it's working. Nothing seems to be downloading, but there's a load bar at the top of the page that doesn't seem to be moving.

It's back up (for the moment), but I can't do a backup because I need the username as well as the password for the cpanel. I've emailed Voronwë.

I'm going to be checking at least hourly and will do a backup immediately if I get on.

I'm the only other admin who's able to be on the board much.
