Vison- your article holds pretty similar information to the one I found (unfortunatley I don't have the link, just the information  ) In checking things out further, I wasn't wrong- the chemical would be considered a cyanide :Q (... and unknowingly, both my Hub and I tried one of the 'bitter ...

I'm sure baking may just do the trick to destroy any possible toxins.... ( I hope.... :Q ) I shall quote it again f...

Tosh - I have a question about your almond essence. What do you know about using peach pits? I was trying to read up on this a bit, particularily about 'bitter almonds' and it seems that there is poison in the pits (I think moreso in peach and apricot than in plum) that can be quite toxic. So ... i...

Watcher - yes I think if you can get the cresent pastry (Pillsbury- do they still have the doughboy??;) ) that would be the closest to Blatterteig. Unless I am misunderstanding puff pastry- If you can get refrigerated dough or make something (just not pie crust- that tends to be too flour-y). Then ...

Actually, I thought tylenol PM had benedryl in it...
Estel- you'd better check the package out if you're allergic to benedryl. I could be wrong though, because I don't have my package anymore. :blackeye:

Estel - Sorry to hear you're not feeling well  If you have any mentholatum (Vicks Vaporub)- that helps ease the breathing at night. And rub plain vasoline on the sore nose will keep it from chafing so horribly (it will still be sore at first but after a day or two it will get better). Other th...

Jude - perhaps it will be ' My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nothing' :( This does not bode well for Lenny Loosejocks or the inhabitants of Slugeen. And what about Carmen Sandiego? :P Perhaps Randy Newman can bring out a remake hit called 'Dwarf Planets' instead of Short People.
