I originally thought we should get rid of it but Holby said people use it. It creeps me out, too! Maybe if we delete any we could just replace them with less creepy ones?

How about we replace creepy laughing smiley with a less creepy one, like this? And if we edit it...all the creepy ones will be less creepy in all the old posts! Yay!








Also, I've been having fun looking at smilies. But if anyone has any requests, let us know!

Presuming of course, that they answer our support ticket and Holby figures out how to do it.

I think he means are we uploading new smilies to the site, or adding smilies that come with phpbb3 by default.

I'm guessing people are joking around with the naughty smileys, but I wanted to express my opinion of not having any of those type on our permanent smiley list...just in case they might be seriously considered.

And I second Eru - posting naughty smilies is fine, but please let's not make them part of the board software.

I don't like the idea of deleting smilies or adding naughty ones - if you want a naughty one, keep it on photobucket in an emoticons folder - that's what I do.

However, I love the idea of replacing the creepy one with this one - it's way more cheerful

In fact, we used to have most of these on the old board - I know, because I added them in various ranger terms, and then saved them to my photobucket to use on livejournal
